Basic website usage

Our homepage records page loads and clicks on selected navigation and questionnaire links. Each record contains an event type, a page path, and the time it happened. The small page-view counter includes repeat visits and is not a count of unique people.

This custom tracker does not use analytics cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Its database does not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, or questionnaire answers. Our hosting providers may separately process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

The Day of Hope questionnaire

Questionnaire links take you to Google Forms, a separate service. Information you submit there is handled through the form and any connected response storage, rather than this website’s analytics database. Please review the form’s questions and notices before submitting, and share only information relevant to your request. You can visit this website without completing the questionnaire.

Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy. If you are referring someone else, obtain their permission before sharing their personal information.

Retention and questions

Website analytics records currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Questionnaire access and retention are managed separately by the form owner. To ask about a response you submitted, use your existing East Pass Ministries or referring-partner contact; please do not send additional sensitive details through an unrelated website field.

We will update this notice when our website’s information practices change.
